Terms of Service.

By creating an account or using Atrani Reserve, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

Atrani Reserve takes information about your business and uses an AI model to generate a report containing a pricing recommendation, a demand forecast, product and competitor analysis, and a suggested action plan.

This is the most important section on this page, so it is stated plainly:

• The reports are AI-generated suggestions. They are not financial, legal, tax, accounting or professional business advice.
• Forecasts are estimates produced by a statistical model from limited inputs. They are not guarantees, predictions of actual results, or promises of any revenue outcome.
• Where a report discusses competitors, it is reasoning from the names and context you provided plus general industry principles. It is not verified market research, and it does not have access to your competitors’ actual prices or performance.
• You should sanity-check anything material against your own records before acting on it, and consult a qualified professional for decisions with legal, tax or financial consequences.

Every pricing, inventory and strategy decision you make remains yours. We are not liable for the outcome of decisions you take after reading a report.

Keep your login credentials to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

A business profile is locked to one business once saved. This is a deliberate limit, not a bug — one account is intended to represent one business. If you genuinely need it changed, email tanayp.sprezza@gmail.com.

Do not use the service to:

• Break the law, or help anyone else do so.
• Upload data you do not have the right to share, including someone else’s customer or employee records.
• Attempt to breach, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service or its underlying providers.
• Resell or redistribute generated reports as if they were your own analytical product.

The service is in beta and currently free. That means features may change or disappear, reports may be regenerated in a new format, and there is no uptime guarantee. We may introduce paid plans later; if we do, you will be told before anything you are already using starts costing money.

We rely on third-party providers, including Google and Vercel. If one of them has an outage, the service will too.

You keep ownership of the business information you enter. You grant us permission to process it in order to run the service, which includes sending it to our AI provider to generate your report — described in detail in the Privacy Policy.

You can stop using the service and request deletion at any time by emailing tanayp.sprezza@gmail.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or abuses the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law permits. We do not warrant that reports will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your particular circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes and account holders will be notified by email.
